Electronic Resources for Health and Medical Systems in Iran

In recent years, Iran's scientific community has made significant contributions to the development of scientific papers and the continuation of quantitative and qualitative advancements. In this regard, the Iran Health Journals National Committee has taken measures to create networks and publish electronic journals with the main purpose of supporting and implementing policies on the country's health-related sciences journals-while considering modern technologies to provide grounds for the most effective and dynamic cooperation with universities and researchers. In regard to science, technology and innovation evaluation in health and medical sciences, measures have been taken that include the following:1. Ranking researchers, research centers, and medical sciences university's scientometric indices. 2. Identifying and introducing top researches and researchers in the medical sciences across the country. 3. Monitoring internal and external ranking systems. 4. Publishing of relevant health results. 5. Managing electronic scientometric indices and academic publishers. 6. Coordinating and interacting with scientometric institutes and medical sciences universities' publishers. 7. Reviewing evaluation and ranking systems for scientometric institutes and publishers along with annual assessments. 8. Managing the reward system for the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
