Tewkesbury's largest accountancy firm has lost half its archived records in the dramatic floods that hit the town at the end of July. Flood waters rose to chest height in parts of the cellars under the town centre offices of Waugh Haines Rigby, where it stored more than 400 boxes of client correspondence and other documents. Around 50% have been destroyed and the cellars are now a scene of soggy devastation.
