For individuals, the profession's prospects are looking very good. The latest institute research shows that more than 70% of members advise or run organisations with overseas interests. Some 19,000 are established in 140 countries worldwide, and our highly transferable skills are in demand globally. The institute will be establishing a physical presence in the major capital markets to support members there, as well as work with governments and local institutes to promote best practice. I've set the institute's management team the challenge to open the first, if not the second, of our planned international hubs before my year of office expires. And, of course, we're offering the ACA in an increasing number of countries, from Malaysia and Dubai, to China and Russia, and from this autumn, in Pakistan and Singapore.
