Many politicians are forced to make a shameful announcement about their private life, usually involving some sexual or financial scandal.Stephen Williams is somewhat different. He is the Liberal Democrat MP for Bristol West, and is also his party's spokesman for innovation, universities and skills. Williams was recently the guest of honour at an event hosted by the Chartered Institute of Taxation at the terrace of the Houses of Parliament.
