The Accountancy and Actuarial Discipline Board has nearly finished its investigation into (Soft's directors and its former auditor RSM Robson Rhodes, now part of Grant Thornton. AADB executive counsel Cameron Scott said the probe should be completed 'within the next few months', along with enquiries into the directors of the Emerging Business Trust and Stuart Pearson, former chief executive of investment company Langbar International.
