Accountants are warning that red tape could scupper government plans to provide business loans. Following chancellor George Osborne's announcement of a multi-billion pound 'credit easing' plan for small and medium-sized businesses, James Cowper partner Sue Staunton said there was a danger that the administration burden would outweigh the benefits.
