Two of the reasons I enjoy working in tax are that firstly tax is such a topical issue -everyone is affected by it, and secondly, issues are rarely black and white, often leading to impassioned debate. Take the months since the Budget, tax has rarely been out of the spotlight. In particular, tax avoidance schemes have featured heavily in the press.
