HMRC SET TO HELP BUSINESS IMPROVE QUALITY OF DATA

The HMRC is to roll out Targeted Employer Support (TES) to at least 1,000 employers identifiec as having serious Issues with data quality. TES includes tailored face-to-face visits designed to allow HMRC and employers to work together to address data quality problems. Analysis shows that the key problem concerns matching data sent by employers with HMRC's records.
