The Accountancy Top 60 firms survey shows firm fee income has collectively grown by 6.5% to break through the ￡1 Obn barrier. But the results reveal winners and losers - RSM Tenon and Reeves & Co reported significant growth through acquisitions, while 26 firms experienced negative or stagnant results. Pressure on fees remains strong, with firms reporting cutthroat tactics to secure work. Michael Snyder, senior partner at Kingston Smith, said: 'There's a lot of lowballing going on, so much that it makes you wonder how some firms can do the work for the price.'
