The Upper Tribunal has heard a case concerning charges for water made alongside a charge for rent. This is an appeal from the decision in the FTT in the case of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple (HMRC v The Honourable Society of Middle Temple [2013] UKUT0250 (TCC)).
