The deepest insult is that the Big Four are 'cosy' in their relationship with government -providing their profound knowledge, industry expertise and intellectual skills on the one hand, and taking away key insights, deep understanding of legislative weaknesses - or loopholes - and forward knowledge of government intentions and legislative plans.
