KPMG REPLACES PWC AS AUDITOR TO EXPERIAN

Consumer credit check company, Experian plc, has announced its selection of KPMG as its new auditor, replacing former external auditors PwC who have been auditors since Experian listed in October 2006. According to the company's 2015 annual report, PwC received $8m (£5.1m) in fees from Experian which included $3.9m for audit of the company and group financial statements as well as that of its subsidiaries. It also received $2.7m for work relating to tax compliance and advisory services.
