PwC AND EX PARTNER FACE FRC TRIBUNAL OVER CONNAUGHT

Big Four firm, PwC and a now-retired former audit partner, Stephen Harrison, are set to appear before the Financial Reporting Council's (FRC) disciplinary tribunal in November over the audit of Connaught. The formal complaints relate to financial statements made by the social housing provider and its subsidiaries Connaught Partnerships Limited (CPL) and Connaught Compliance Limited (CCL) for the year ended 31 August 2009.
