VOLUNTARY PAYROLLING

The Finance Bill includes a change to the PAYE rules that will enable employers who payroll their benefits in kind to include vouchers and credit tokens with effect from 6 April 2017. At the moment, the payrolling of benefits does not extend to Chapter 4 of Part 3, Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003.
