KSI MORISON GLOBAL MERGER CONFIRMED

Two international associations of accountancy firms have merged with KS International (KSi) and Morison International (Ml) combining to form a $1 bn (£693m) entity, to be known as Morison KSi. From 1 April 2016, the merged group will have 1,201 partners, 8,990 professional staff and 375 offices in 88 countries.
