Following consultation, EY has confirmed that it will stop providing audit and accounting services from its Inverness office, with 27 out of the 35 employees losing their jobs. Eight employees at the Inverness office have been redeployed within EY. The tax team is unaffected by the decision and will remain in Inverness.
