PURPOSEGuidelines recommend testing for EGFR mutation at diagnosis of advanced non–small-cell lung cancer to guide treatment. Two surveys, 18 months apart, aimed to identify changes in EGFR mutation testing and treatment practices in non–small-cell lung cancer.
