Due to the introduction of new technology, change in legislative and regulatory processes, and increased consumer engagement, the healthcare industry is facing a series of complex workforce challenges. With the rapid adoption of electronic health records and the move to more data analytics in alternative payment models, there is a challenge in meeting the needs of the healthcare industry at all levels of skill and expertise.
