CIDO a community-based ontology for coronavirus disease knowledge and data integration sharing and analysis

The design pattern of CIDO for logically representing and linking different components related to a coronavirus disease, e.g., COVID-19. The terms presented in the figure are generated in CIDO or imported by CIDO from other ontologies. To reduce complexity, the ontology sources of the terms are not labeled.
