Physiological and transcriptome analysis of Poa pratensis var. anceps cv. Qinghai in response to cold stress

Phenotypic and physiological responses of two P.pratensis cultivars under control and cold stress conditions. Phenotypic change (a and b), the REC (c), MDA (d), Pro (e), SS content (f), O2·- generation rate (g), H2O2 content (h), SOD (i), POD (j), CAT (k) and APX (l) activity, CBF1 (m) and CBF2 (n) expression level were measured. All data are presented as means±SE from three independent experimental replicates. Different letters indicate significantly different at p < 0.05
