The effects of different concentrations of FITC-dextran in P17 OIR mice following retro-orbital (RO) injection. a: The fluorescence of small vessels and neovascular tufts following administration of 0.05 ml of 12.5 mg/ml FITC-dextran was too weak, whereas these structures were fully observed in the presence of 0.05 ml of 25 mg/ml and/or 50 mg/ml FITC-dextran.
