Abdominal enhanced computed tomography (CT) scan on admission. Axial CT scan shows the small intestine in the right paracolic gutter and medially displaced ascending colon. Coronal CT scan shows the closed loop sign of the small intestine in the right paracolic gutter (arrow) and hernia orifice (arrow head)
