The expression cassette, consisting of a Cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) promoter, the - gene and an E-9 terminator from yeast cofactor, was cloned as a RI- dIII fragment into the binary vector pGreen0029 to produce pGEPC plasmid for plant transformation
