Noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) is one of the most commonly employed clinical measures for screening of fetal aneuploidy. Fetal Fraction ( ) has been demonstrated to be one of the key factors affecting the performance of NIPT. Accurate quantification of plays vital role in NIPT.
