C57/B6 mice were subjected to hepatic IRI model. Gsdmd-full, Gsdmd-N, caspase-1, and cleaved caspase-1 expression in liver tissues were detected by Western blotting. Serum levels of IL-1β, caspase-1 activity, and mRNA levels of IL-1β were measured in liver tissues. Representative images of caspase-1 staining (scale bar, 30 μm), the area of caspase-1-positive cells in the livers were also determined.
