Expression and prognostic significance of miR-363 in ccRCC and its relationship with S1PR1 expression. miR-363 expression levels were significantly downregulated in ccRCC tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues. Comparison of miR-363 expression levels between subgroups of patients by clinical stage, T stage and Fuhrman grade. miR-363 expression in normal renal cell lines and various RCC cell lines. Kaplan–Meier analysis of ccRCC patients in the low miR-363 group (n = 39) and the high miR-363 group (n = 38) with regard to disease-free survival. S1PR1 expression levels were markedly upregulated in ccRCC tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues. and S1PR1 protein expression in normal renal cell lines and various RCC cell lines.
