BMSCs and BMSCs progenitors exhibit a unique gene expression profile. Representative pictures of BMSCs and BMSCs with mitochondrial staining using MitoTracker (red), Alizarin staining (AZR) for matrix mineralization and Oil Red O staining (ORO) showing the morphological and differentiation-induced differences between the murine cell lines.
