摘要

Exogenous H S reverses impaired cognitive function without altering locomotor performance, which is similar to L-NAME. and Locomotor activity was assessed using the OFT on Day 2 post-surgery and the total moving distance and moving duration were measured. and Spatial learning ability was evaluated using the MWM on Days 3 to 7 post-surgery, and the escape latency and path length were measured. and Spatial memory capacity was assessed using the MWM on Day 8 post-surgery, and the percent time and length in the target quadrant were measured. *  P P P
