The time-course changes of GFAP, Phosphacan and Rab7 protein. Representative images of GFAP, Phosphacan and Rab7 in the peri-infarct zones of the sham or cerebral ischemic cortex at 2, 4, 6 h, 1, 3, 7, and 14 days after reperfusion following tMCAO for 90 min with Western blotting analysis. Columns represent quantitative analysis of immunoblots respectively. β-actin protein was used as a loading control.
