ObjectiveWe test the hypothesis that first-trimester serum analytes, 4-D power Doppler placental vascular indices and uterine artery Doppler (UAD) predicts abnormal placental morphometry in pregnancies with preeclampsia (PE) and fetal growth restriction (FGR).
