BackgroundPD‐L1 expression in tumor cells has been associated with the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of this study was to explore correlations between smoking, genetic profiles, patient outcomes, and PD‐L1 expression in NSCLC.
