Multiparametric Assessment of Treatment Response in High-Grade Soft-Tissue Sarcomas with Anatomic and Functional MR Imaging Sequences

摘要

The addition of functional sequences to the conventional MR imaging protocol may increase sensitivity for determination of treatment response in soft-tissue sarcomas treated preoperatively with neoadjuvant therapy, particularly when tumors form granulation tissue and fibrosis rather than necrosis as a histologic response to treatment.
