Rehabilitation Division Clinical Outcomes Web Application and Database

摘要

The purpose of this project has been to establish an outcomes data collection system to measure patients' self-reported disease-specific clinical outcomes and to integrate these clinical outcomes with patient satisfaction and financial outcomes in outpatient physical therapy clinics. A central repository was designed to integrate clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction outcomes. By integrating the data related to these three classes of outcomes, we now have a basis to identify best care practice through a Continuous Quality Improvement approach. This has been accomplished using J2EE architecture and Oracle technology.
