BACKGROUNDAutologous platelet rich plasma (PRP) has significant benefits facilitating improved graft take on wound beds due to hemostasis, adhesive and healing properties. This study aimed at effective use of PRP in wound beds on graft take irrespective of etiology as compared to conventional methods of mechanical fixation using sutures and staples.
