Genome sequence of Shinella sp. strain DD12 isolated from homogenized guts of starved Daphnia magna

Shinella sp. strain DD12, a novel phosphite assimilating bacterium, has been isolated from homogenized guts of 4 days starved zooplankton Daphnia magna.
