Introduction/ObjectiveTransurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) is a gold treatment method in older men who develop lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) which are caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and benign prostatic obstruction (BPO). >The objective of the study was to assess the impact of BPH surgical treatment with TURP method on the quality of life, as a consequence of urinary symptoms.
