BackgroundThe prognosis of malignant gliomas remains poor despite ongoing efforts to improve treatment protocols. Therefore patients search for further therapy information, especially in the outpatient setting. The aim is to assess 1) the information level of patients 2) the information needs of the patients regarding therapy and support and 3) to evaluate the patients’ opinion towards experimental trials and alternative therapies.
