The Voice Call Continuity (VCC) solution adopts the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) control model,and introduces VCC application into the IMS to control voice calls and realize their continuity. Without changing the mobile network,the IMS-based VCC solution can fulfill Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC),and supports the transition and evolution from the Circuit Switching (CS) mode to the IMS mode.
