苦参碱对K562细胞增殖抑制与诱导分化的实验研究

摘要

目的：观察苦参碱对K562细胞的增殖抑制和诱导分化作用。方法：以K562细胞为实验对象，采用体外培养技术，通过细胞生长曲线、细胞形态、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性测定方法观察苦参碱的作用。结果：浓度为0.2～0.3mg／ml的苦参碱对K562细胞有明显的增殖抑制与诱导分化作用，实验组细胞的数量、形态和生化代谢都发生了变化。结论：这一结果将对白血病的诱导分化治疗提供有力的实验依据。%To observe the eff ect of sophocarpidine on the proliferati oninhibition and inducing differentiati on to K562 cells． Methods：K5 62 cells were culture in vitro and obser vations were made on sophocarpidine by o bserving the cell growth curves，morpholo gy and LDH detection． Results：Sophocarpidine at the concentration of 0．2 to 0．3mg／ml had the proliferation in hibition and inducing differentiation ef fects． Significant changes were observed in the cell morphology，cell numbers and biochemical metabolisms． Conclusi ons：The present result provided an experimental evidence to the inducing d ifferentiation therapy of the leukemia
