复方螺旋藻片对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要

观察复方螺旋藻片(FST)对免疫功能的影响。方法：以腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cy)所致免疫功能低下小鼠为对象，分别给予FST1.5g／kg、3g／kg灌胃治疗，连续14天后，分别检测相应免疫指标。结果：FST能显著对抗Cy对小鼠免疫功能的抑制作用，使小鼠白细胞水平、胸腺指数及脾指数明显回升，并能明显促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞及单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能，同时FST还能显著提高小鼠血清溶血素的含量。结论：FST对Cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠的非特异性免疫功能及体液免疫功能有明显促进作用。%To study the effect of spirulina compound tablet （FST） on immunological functions in mice． Methods：FST was given to the cyclophosphamide （Cy）-induced immunosupressed mice at the dosage of 1．5g／kg and 3g／kg respectively for 14 days after which immunological indexes were detected． Results：FST could resist Cy-induced immunosupression induced and greatly raise the levels of leukocyte，thymus index and spleen index，FST could also stimulate the phagocytosis of intraperitoneal mononuclear phagocyte system in the immunosuppressed mice． The serum hemolysin formation was also promoted． Conclusions：FST had significant effect on promoting nonspecific immune functions and enhance humoral immunity in cy-induced immunosuppressed mice．
