基于VB与Fortran混合编程的水电站实时运行调度方案的设计

         

摘要

针对供水水源来自发电机组尾水的水库,为合理安排机组出力以保证供水安全,按照"以水定电"的原则,利用Visual Basic与Fortran语言混合编程,进行水电站实时运行调度方案设计,提供机组出力计划,供电站运行人员参照执行。误差分析表明,方案设计满足工程应用要求。%With principals of electricity according to water,we design the real-time operation plan for hydropower station based on mixed language programming with VB and Fortran for the purpose of the rational arrangement of power unit for reliability of water supply in these reservoirs which water source is generating sets tail-water.The real-time operation plan for hydropower station provides power unit plan for workers to operate.Error analysis shows the design met the needs of practical engineering.
