基于SOC方案的电能表日计时误差控制研究

     

摘要

集成多个元件的SOC方案具有成本优势,成为电能表厂家关注的一个重点,此方案采用晶振外置,日计时误差容易受到干扰。通过对日计时误差影响因素的分析可知,主要是受环境温度、补偿温度及晶振老化程度等的影响,从器件选择、布板设计、焊接工艺等方面提出了控制要求,实践证明SOC方案的日计时误差可以达到与独立时钟芯片方案同样的精度及可靠性要求。%The system on a chip (SOC) scheme which integrates multiple elements becomes a focus of Watt-hour meter manufacturers due to its cost advantage. This scheme adopts external crystal oscillator , so daily timing error is vulnerable to interference. Through analyzing influencing factors of daily timing error , it is ob-tained that daily timing error is mainly affected by ambient temperature, compensation temperature, aging degree of crystal oscillator and etc. This paper presents control demands from aspects of device selection , fab-ric swatch design, welding technology and so on. It is verified that daily timing error based on SOC scheme can achieve the same accuracy and reliability requirements as the independent clock chip scheme.
