Aiming at high-penetration fault recovery of distributed generation in power system , the paper pro-poses a new bidirectional fault recovery to restore power supply to the greatest extent in transmission and dis-tribution networks. The mathematical model built for fault recovery is multi-level, multi-objective and with restraint. The 39-node power system is taken as an example for simulation and verification. Effects on fault re-covery in case of distributed generation and the opposite are compared and the effectiveness of the method proposed is proved.%针对分布式电源在电力系统中有较高渗透率的故障恢复,提出了一种新的双向恢复策略,能在输电和配电网络中最大范围恢复用户的供电。构造故障恢复问题的数学模型是多层次、多目标并带有约束,采用39节点电力系统为例进行了仿真验证,比较含有和不含有分布式电源对故障恢复的影响,证明了提出方法的有效性。
