风电接入下基于“源-源”协调的系统频率控制研究

     

摘要

由于风电的波动性和间歇性,其大规模并网造成了系统频率的频繁波动,不利于电网的安全稳定运行。从典型风电机组和风电场群出发,介绍了风电出力特性和波动规律,并依据用常规水、火电机组可控性弥补风电波动性的思想,研究“源-源”协调控制需要考虑的备用容量、最大出力限制、爬坡速率配合等约束条件,得出稳定系统频率的“源-源”协调控制策略。最后,利用PSASP仿真,验证了所提策略的有效性。%Due to fluctuation and intermittency of wind power, its large-scale integration causes continual sys-tem frequency fluctuations, which is not conducive to safe and stable operation of the power grid. The paper takes typical wind turbines and wind farm groups as an example to introduce wind power output characteristics and volatility law; according to ideas that controllability of conventional water and thermal power can com-pensate wind power fluctuations, it studies reserve capacity, maximum output limit, ramp rate coordination and other constraints of "source-source" coordinated control and concludes "source-source" coordinated con-trol strategy for system frequency stabilization. Finally, this paper uses PSASP simulation to verify the effec-tiveness of the strategy.
