600 MW机组给水泵密封水问题分析及对策

摘要

In Alan Power Plant, the feed water pump sealing water system of 2×600 MW unit has some prob-lems in the operation, such as vacancy leakage and frequent overflow. By systematic analysis of the problem, the operating mode of sealing water system is optimized, and technological transformation on the system is implemented. The problem in the sealing water system is solved, and operation safety, stability and economy are guaranteed.%艾伦发电厂2×600 MW机组给水泵密封水系统运行中存在真空泄漏、溢流等问题，通过对相关问题进行系统分析，对密封水系统运行方式进行了优化，并对系统进行了一定的技术改造，彻底解决了密封水系统存在的问题，保证了机组安全稳定经济运行。
