UHF法作为一种抗干扰性能佳、灵敏度高、易识别缺陷类型以及可实现放电源定位的局部放电检测方法,在GIS绝缘缺陷和故障诊断中有着良好的应用前景。通过介绍近年来GIS局部放电电流特性、 UHF信号传播特性、 UHF传感器设计与测试、诊断与评估技术等方面的重要研究成果,讨论了UHF检测盲区、幅值量化标定、危险度评估等目前在研究和实践中存在的问题,提出了今后GIS UHF技术的研究与应用发展方向。%As a partial discharge (PD) detection method, the ultra-high frequency (UHF) detection method has been widely accepted due to its good anti-interfere performance, high sensitivity, capability of defect type recognition and PD source location. By introducing PD current characteristics of GIS, UHF signal trans-mission characteristics, UHF sensor design, test, diagnosis and detection technologies, the paper expounds their key research achievements in recent years and discusses problems in ongoing dead zone of UHF detec-tion, amplitude quantization and calibration as well as risk level evaluation; moreover, it presents the re-search and application direction of UHF detection technology of GIS.
