实习护生肠易激综合征患病及焦虑现状调查

摘要

Objective To study the prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome and the relationship between anxiety and IBS in practice nursing students. Methods The general information questionnaire,IBS 's Rome Ⅲ diagnostic questionnaire,IBS symptom severity questionnaire and anxiety self - rating scale(SAS) were selected to know the general information of practicing nursing students in 5 general hospitals in Hangzhou. Results Among the 502 valid questionnaires,the prevalence of IBS was 10.4％,with the incidence of anxiety 24.9％. The degree of anxiety was positively correlated with the severity of IBS symptoms(r=0.424,P=0.002),and logistic regression analysis showed that Anxiety is a risk factor for IBS morbidity. Conclusion The anxiety of nursing students is closely related to the prevalence of IBS,and more attention should be paid to the physical and mental health of nurses.%目的 调查实习护理专业学生(实习护生)肠易激综合征(IBS)患病情况及焦虑状态.方法 采取方便抽样方法,选取杭州五所综合医院实习护生进行一般资料、IBS罗马Ⅲ标准诊断问卷、IBS症状严重程度调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查.结果 502份有效问卷中,实习护生IBS患病率10.4％,焦虑发生率24.9％,焦虑程度与IBS症状严重程度正相关(r=0.424,P=0.002),logistic回归分析显示焦虑是IBS患病的危险因素.结论 实习护生焦虑与IBS患病密切相关,应关注护生身心健康.
