免疫球蛋白静脉注射辅助治疗新生儿脓毒症的临床疗效

摘要

目的 观察静脉注射人免疫球蛋白(IVIG)辅助治疗新生儿脓毒症的临床疗效,同时探讨IVIG是否能缩短抗菌药物使用疗程、强度及患者住院天数.方法 选择2014年11月至2015年11月收治的100例新生儿脓毒症患儿,按照随机数表平均分为IVIG治疗组和对照组.IVIG治疗组在常规治疗的基础上配合IVIG进行治疗,对照组采用常规方法治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效.结果 IVIG治疗组患儿的平均住院天数为(7.17±3.87)d,抗菌药物的使用疗程为(6.18±3.02)d,均较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗效果方面, IVIG治疗组患儿治愈32例(64.0%),好转18例(36.0%),而对照组治愈以及好转例数相当(P>0.05),且治愈例数较IVIG治疗组少.结论 IVIG辅助治疗新生儿脓毒症能够缩短患者住院时间,缩短抗菌药物使用疗程,并且能产生良好的临床疗效.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravenous immunoglobulin human adjuvant treatment of neonatal sepsis,and to investigate whether IVIG can shorten the course of antimicrobial drug use,strength and hospital stay or not. Methods 100 children with neonatal sepsis who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to 2015 November were chosen. According to the random number table,the patients were divided into IVIG treatment group and control group,IVIG treatment group of 50 cases which was on the basis of routine treatment with human immunoglobulin and control group of 50 cases which was treated by conventional methods. Then compare clinical efficacy of the two groups of children. Results The average length of stay in the IVIG treatment group was (7.17±3.87)d,and the course of use of antibacterial drugs(6.18±3.02)days was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The treatment effect,IVIG treatment group, 32 cases were cured(64%),improved in 18 cases(36%)healed,no children,the effect of treatment was mainly concentrated in the cure, and the control group cure and improvement in a considerable number of cases(P>0.05),and the number of cured cases less than that of the IVIG group. Conclusion IVIG's adjuvant therapy for neonatal sepsis can shorten the hospitalization time,shorten the course of antimicrobial drug use and strength,and produce good clinical effect.
