Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the electron combined with the Q755nm laser in treating seborrheic keratosis. Methods The cases of seborrheic keratosis were separated randomly into three groups . Three groups were treated respectively by the electron combined with the Q755nm laser(36 cases of observation group),the electron only(32 cases of control group 1)or the Q755nm laser only(35 cases of control group 2). Results The effective rates,incidence of temporary pigmentation and the incidence of scar were 100%,84.4%,15.6% respectively in the control group 1;the effective rates,incidence of temporary pigmentation and the incidence of scar were 60%、11.4%,0 respectively in the control group 2;the effective rates,incidence of temporary pigmentation and the incidence of scar were 100%,2.8%,0 respectively in the observation group . There had significant difference when observation group compared with control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between two groups of the control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy is affirmation between the electron and the Q755nm laser in treating seborrheic keratosis,and it is to the new rules of medical beauty industry,it can be applied widely due to its obvious effectiveness.%目的 探讨电离子联合调Q755nm激光治疗脂溢性角化病的临床疗效.方法 符合纳入标准的病例随机分为3组,对照1组(32例):单独使用电离子治疗;对照2组(35例):单独使用调Q755nm激光治疗;观察组(36例),使用电离子联合调Q755nm激光治疗.疗程结束后1个月对其临床效果进行评价.结果 对照1组有效率100.0%,暂时性色素沉着发生率84.4%,疤痕发生率15.6%;对照2组有效率60.0%,暂时性色素沉着发生率11.4%,未见明显疤痕;观察组有效率100.0%,暂时性色素沉着发生率2.8%,未见明显疤痕.结论 治疗脂溢性角化病使用电离子联合调Q755nm激光效果肯定,且符合医美行业的新规,值得临床应用.
