多元统计分析性激素水平与乳腺疾病的关系

摘要

目的 运用多元统计方法分析血清性激素六项在乳腺疾病中的差异性.方法 收集2016年1月至3月乳腺疾病患者月经期第3天的血清样本,其中乳腺恶性肿瘤病例11例,乳房良性肿块病例36例;同时采集该院健康体检志愿者月经期第3天的样本30例.对上述样本进行性激素六项分析,并运用偏最小二乘法(PLS-DA)进行多元统计分析,运用t-test检验两两分析3类人群激素水平的差异.结果 经过多元统计分析,性激素六项可以将乳腺良性肿块患者从其他人群中区分.对于恶性肿瘤患者及健康人,则需要进行数据处理,进一步对PRL、PROG及FSH/LH、E2/TEST比值进行多元统计分析.在恶性肿瘤患者中,PRL及FSH/LH与其呈正相关,而PROG及E2/TEST则与其呈负相关.其中,FSH/LH、E2/TEST比值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.001).结论 性激素六项检测对乳腺癌的筛查及乳腺疾病的区分有一定的参考价值.%Objectives To analyze the difference ofsix steroid sex hormones in serum of breast diseasesviamultivariate statistical analysis. Methods Breast diseases patients at clinc were involved into the research group from January to March 2016,consisting of 11 breast cancer cases and 36 breast benign lumps cases. And 30 healthy cases were also include in this study. The six steroid sex hormoneslevels were measured,and analyzed with PLS-DA and t-test to discover the difference in three groups.Results Evaluation of six steroid sex hormones in serum can separate the patients of benign breast lumps from other people via multivariate statistical analysis. To separate the patients of breast cancer from healthy people,the data should be processed,and the data of PRL,PROG,FSH/LH,E2/TEST were analyzed. FSH/LH,E2/TEST in patients of breast cancer were significantly different from the ratio in healthy people(P<0.05 andP<0.001,respectively).Conclusions Evaluation of six steroid sex hormones can be a referencein screening patients of breast cancerand the separation of breast diseases.
